Jay’s early Ben Folds-esque band

I saw a video on tiktok of a young Jay performing on a late night show where he fronted a band that sounded like Ben Folds. Foolishly didn’t save the video and now I can’t find it. Does anybody have a link or know anything about this? I’m pretty sure “Blue Collar” was in the band name. Thanks in advance!
