need to upgrade from 2x32 gb ram

I built a pc a few years ago before the market spike with intentions of using it as a design/rendering work station. I’m self taught and this is mostly a hobby: I’ve been using it pretty lightly since then, no heavy gaming (occasional rdr2) and relatively light design work.

Lately I’ve been focusing more with terrain. modeling with drone photogrammetry.. my setup is working fine for what i’ve been doing so far, but I’d like to work on larger projects, and I can see how it would bottleneck

my current setup is:

4070 super 7950 x3d 2tb ssd 2 x 32 gb g.kill trident ram

I know that am5 doesn’t really like using all 4 slots so I’m looking to upgrade to 2x 48 or 64

my initial thought is sell my current kit and upgrade or just wait it out until prices come down or I have a project that justifies the upgrade.

questions for the community:

does my current ram have resell value (if so what would be a fair price)

and is there anyone out there who might want to trade (with the difference made up in cash)
