Trying to understand how severe my allergies are

I’ve had bad allergies for a couple of years and I haven’t been able to determine the exact cause. I also think I’ve developed a mild histamine intolerance? I use zyrtec to manage my symptoms, although it doesn’t completely help and I still get sinus infections every 4 months or so (this is the worst part).

My symptoms:
- dry, itchy eyes
- recurring sinus infections
- persistent sneezing
- rash
- headaches
- itchy throat

When I did the skin test, it came back showing I was allergic to cats, pollen, and trees.

I was trying to stop using zyrtec, so I went off it for a few days. I have 3 dogs (yorkshire terriers) and I got an immediate rash upon contact and couldn’t stop sneezing when around them. My allergy test didn’t show I was allergic to dogs.

When I leave the house, I tend to feel better. I also sneeze a lot in stuffy, dry environments— but I’m not sure if it’s due to allergies.

Since the last 4 years or so, every time I drink alcohol I get head congestion and an itchy throat. I don’t seem to have a reaction to other foods, besides a veryyy mild reaction to some fruits, like kiwi.

If anyone has experienced something similar, I would love to hear what helped, if anything. I’m soo tired of feeling bad all the time.
