Hey there,

Thanking Bungie for making a chill alternative for matches. I don't really feel that it makes PvP imbalanced since that truly is a lot of skill and knowledge in this game that goes into it.

Sometimes I really, really want to enjoy this game's sounds, setting, aesthetics, mechanics, and characters but I truly don't always want to have the risk of getting jumped by a full squad.

This is compared to say, Tarkov, where it would feel very imbalanced to have a PvE-ish mode carry over to strictly PvP. In a game like that PvE-only has a lot of ammo that is easily looted that can go through high tier armor with few bullets. A gun's purple attachments are simply not going to let someone who is significantly worse at the game than you, beat you in a fight.

Having a mode like this just enables people that don't want to constantly be on edge be able to engage with the universe and game. There really isn't a great deal that I understand in gate-keeping this game as a hardcore-only PvP game. The more people that play this game the absolute better for each and every hardcore fan.

I have what has to be more than a thousand+ hours in Tarkov before PvE came out so I understand the criticism that I'm just spent on PvP in extraction games. But I'm not spent on it in this game! It is brilliant in this game. I still would be more inclined to play everyday if I had options like this mode.

This same sentiment goes for an ARENA mode. I would ABSOLUTELY be on everyday for a couple of Arena-styled matches that could take place in areas they already have. How this is not just an appendage after $250 million is mind-boggling but I truly hope Season 3 can bring something that is even rudimentary in that area. Whether you balance it through multiple weapon pickups for the highest tier of waepons or whatever, we truly should have that to just boost numbers AND microtransactions.

BUT AGAIN my main point was to just say "thank you" for this mode. Getting gear and quests done like this isn't going to get my kicked more or less when I have to do Outpost!
