Haven't heard back yet... Good sign?

I was screened on Friday, May 22nd. I informed HR and they replied "We will await feedback from the location. You should hear back from us next week after the holiday." They also stated that they usually get results from Quest in 24-48 hours. I was confident going into the screen, but I started second guessing myself when I didn't hear back all week. Nearly crawled out of my skin from anxiety, especially since I read that the confirmation test adds a few days if you fail the preliminary 50ng/ml test. Now it's been 12 days and they haven't called me with bad news, so I'm starting to calm down a little. What do yall think?
