Achieved my goal after 13 months. I increased doses every month except for spending two months at 12.5mg.  I’ve been on 15 mg the last several months. I lost approximately 1% of my body weight each week until I got down to around 160 pounds, and then my weight loss slowed to about .5% per week.  Total loss of about 30% of my starting weight, which is amazing to me.  I did have to have my gallbladder out, it had been bothering me before starting on Zepbound occasionally, but doctor thinks the Zepbound did accelerate the worsening.  Some hair thinning started around month six but has essentially reversed now. I used some protein supplements when I was in the phases of active dose adjustment, but haven’t needed those really in the past four months and have just been eating real food. Tracked my calories and food intake diligently in MyFitnessPal for the first eight months, did not track as much the last several months. Planning to get back to tracking now that I’ve switching to maintenance.  Used the Shotsy app, and also the Happy Scale app for weight and shot tracking.  Exercise has been hit or miss.  For me, some of the most helpful posts in the sub were pictures of over-the-counter medications people used to control symptoms during dose adjustment, so I’m including that.  There were definitely some rough times when I was adjusting doses, but I feel amazing now and I’m tolerating the medicine great.  I hope this post is encouraging and helpful to someone!
