How does “Pasalo” unit works?

Say may “pasalo” na unit and they’re asking for ₱xxxxx and for you to continue the monthly ammort., tapos binayaran ko po yung ₱xxxxx, pano po yung concept ng pagtuloy ng monthly ammort? Malilipat lang po ba samin automatically yung loan? Or do we need to apply for a new loan?
