Non-reimbursement through Niva bupa

My health insurance policy was running in Niva Bupa from three years for my parents. And my mother went a surgery 2 months back and paid in cash, after raising concerns multiple times has still not reached out and reimbursed for the 6times lesser amount even than their premiums paid!
