Thoughts on Card condition? Bought an expensive vintage card. Listed as lightly played.

Bought this off a reputable seller on tcgplayer as lightly played. Is it just me or does an indentation like this automatically make it MP? Otherwise the front is fairly clean (just one print line and light scratches). Not sure if they missed it on inspection but want to make sure I’m not off base before reaching out.
