I have completely and utterly ruined my pc it’s basically destroyed

SOFTWARE

Around 2 hours ago I was watching a YouTube video about settings to turn on to maximise your pc components output, 2 of those things was to enable xmp and turn these settings on for your cpu to turbo in the gigabyte control centre. I regretfully followed those words, and am now staring at basically someone as useless as a sliding door with a bolt lock on it except it costs £3000 in total when I built It around a year and a half ago. Initially when I first enabled these settings I thought it was doing a restart to apply them, until I started getting shown bsods, each one with a different error code each time

Here’s a timeline from chatgpt and I asked it like 50 questions and updated it about everything happening

Stage 1 – System was working normally
PC booted into Windows normally.
Hardware appeared healthy.
BIOS detected CPU, RAM, and Samsung 990 Pro SSD correctly.
Stage 2 – CPU Turbo profile enabled
You enabled Turbo/Performance settings in Gigabyte Control Center.
This likely increased CPU power limits and/or altered performance settings.
Stage 3 – Instability begins
Random freezes started.
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (0x0000001A) BSODs appeared.
Crash logs referenced ntoskrnl.exe.
At this point, the most likely causes were:
Unstable RAM
Unstable CPU settings
Existing hardware fault exposed by higher performance settings
Stage 4 – File corruption
Repeated crashes occurred.
Windows system files became corrupted.
Disk-related issues started appearing.
Stage 5 – Bootloader corruption
You then received:
0xc0000221
with
\Windows\System32\winload.efi
and
“The header checksum for this file doesn’t match the computed checksum.”
This indicates Windows boot files were corrupted.
Stage 6 – Recovery environment failure
F1 recovery stopped working.
Safe Mode became inaccessible.
WinRE could no longer load.
Stage 7 – POST/Hardware initialization failure
System started hanging on the Gigabyte splash screen.
Eventually you lost access to BIOS.
Monitor remained powered on but displayed a black screen.
Motherboard VGA debug light remained lit.
Stage 8 – Current state
Current symptoms:
Black screen
VGA light on
No BIOS access
No Windows access
No recovery environment

Seriously please help me with what I can do here otherwise I’ll have to take it to a repair shop that’ll probably charge me £600 that I don’t have just for them to turn around and tell me they couldn’t fix it. I know I’m an idiot for messing with the settings but my pc had been recently buffering for 3 months until now eg sometimes when I’d swap google tabs or if I opened a file.
