Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a responsible person (or couple) for a **lease assignment** at SVEN in Long Island City. The only reason I'm leaving is because I won an NYC housing lottery and have to move **ASAP**. You will take over the current lease with the option to renew next year. **DM me and I will connect you directly with the building's leasing team to apply.**

**Apartment Details:**

\- Corner unit! 690 sqft layout with floor-to-ceiling windows
\- High floor (50s) with panoramic South, East, and West Manhattan views
\- Full-service doorman building (fitness center, pool, resident lounges)
\- Washer/dryer (W/D) and dishwasher (D/W) in-unit
\- Unfurnished
\- Available ASAP, preferably by June 15, 2026
\- Rent: $4,338/month (utilities not included)

The space is incredibly bright and located literally right outside the Queens Plaza/Court Square subways (E, M, R, N, W, 7 lines)—just one stop from Manhattan.

Standard luxury leasing qualifications apply (40x rent income + credit check required by management). If interested, please DM me with a bit about yourself and your timeline, and I'll forward your contact to the leasing team!
