Star City S1E2 stream with working subtitles?

EDIT: Found it on https://cine.su and the subtitles are perfectly synced.

I'm trying to catch up on Star City episode 2 before the next one drops this week, but every mirror I find online either has a horrible cam rip or the audio is completely out of sync with the video. Where can I find a clean web-rip of this show?
