Question before i buy about the D340W and Home Hub Pro

I want to buy Reolink devices but got some questions.

So i want to buy the D340W and use it through wifi for a while to test it. I dont have ethernet cable at the front door yet. If i like the doorbell i will connect it with a ethernet cable for a more stable connection. I read that it is possible to connect this model on ethernet, so not on wifi. Is this possible or do i need the PoE model to connect through ethernet?

And i want to buy the Home Hub Pro for storage. Can i put this somewhere in my house on the same network as the D340W and will the doorbell still be able to send the footage to the hub? So not through wifi from the hub itself but ethernet for a more stable connection. Because i cant find the answer on this. I only see that the hub will create its own wifi network and the other devices will connect to the wifi the hub created, but i want it through ethernet for stable connection.
