Older Married Boss did everything accept flirt with me

Can’t give away too much information. All parties use Reddit lol. Long story short my boss who usually quiet has been giving the most signs mentioned here in this forum. Long eye contact, initiating 1 on 1, giving access to streaming passwords, showing off muscle, remembering small details (birthday), reassure, long text messages, yada yada. The things that didn’t align with the usual crush signs no touching and no compliments. The twist is he’s married and his wife is my manager. He recently quit so it’s less high stakes. But I never got a concrete answer to whether or not he likes. I mean everything he does is so nice. He went out of his way like waiting with me for my ride and helping with assignments. The reason I want to know is because it kinda dictates how I move you know. Like if he likes me as a friend cool I have a new friend I’ll keep my profile on the streaming program and continue to send memes. If he has a crush I don’t want to give either one of them the wrong idea. By the way his wife is super friendly with me and she’ll invite me to hang out too. so I maybe I’m overthinking again.
