KYP / Ownership Transfer Issue – Listing Terminated and New Listing Not Bookable. Nightmare!

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with Booking.com’s KYP (Know Your Partner) verification process and ownership transfers.

I manage properties on behalf of different owners. During KYP verification, it became necessary to separate properties into different accounts so that each property would be associated with the correct owner.

Because the original account was verified for a different owner, I could not keep one of the properties under that account while remaining compliant with KYP requirements. The listing was therefore terminated and a new account was created for the correct owner.

The problem is that the new listing is currently not bookable.

I have already contacted Partner Support and was advised to transfer ownership. However, the ownership details associated with the original account do not match the ownership of the property in question, so this doesn’t seem to solve the underlying issue.

At the moment, the original listing has been terminated and the replacement listing cannot accept bookings, despite the property being fully operational and ready to receive guests. Booking.com flags it as a duplicate and the property is assigned to one ID on their system despite the original terminated by myself. Customer service don’t seem to understand this o r just reading from a script and I’m going around in circles with them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
