25 Hybrid Limited rim swap?

Hello, has anyone swapped out the stock Hybrid Limited rims for 18s? I was looking at getting tires and rims from Tire Agent but want to be 100% before I have to try to make returns or exchanges. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
