Dinner time & leaving the table

Looking for any kind of advice on this one. My partner and I are ready to pull our hair out. Our little one is just over 2 and fully in his toddler era. Used to be a great eater and now is refusing 90% of what we offer him which is its own challenge, but now he’s started to refuse to sit at the table to eat. Screams if we try to buckle him into a booster seat, but if he’s left to his own devices it’s two bites and he bolts from the table like it’s on fire and refuses to come back on his own. Anyone else going through this? Tips on how to coax him into staying at the table?
