Words of encouragement of the process please

Any words of encouragement to me it gets better and separation from an attorney is ok? 🙏🏻🙏🏻😞

My ex and i have a significant age gap. What I know now no man over 15 years cares for you. He is semi wealthy? My prenup is extremely one sided and my attorney he paid a few days before the wedding told me not to sign it. He is a narcissist that submitted 150 pages of a smear campaign against me before our temp custody hearing. I’m been a homemaker for 13 years although only 9.5 married. He is threatening to even file early so I don’t even get 10 years social security benefits. I live in NC which actually is a good thing on 1 year separation.

This prenup leaves me with basically NOTHING. No spousal support, no alimony, no real estate. Nothing except child support. I haven’t worked for 13 years although I have a degree. My attorney seems very hesitant to fight the prenup and I can’t tell if he’s in the tank or just risk adverse. Is asking for $50k (which clearly I don’t have) upfront to maybe losing on this prenup.

It got so bad with financial abuse I called police on him and filed a DVPO but was advised again by said attorney to drop it because he was going to bring things with a venagence. My ex husband is also a vicious attorney himself.

He stalks my internet so I might delete here he doesn’t he know I have this account. There is more but it’s extremely identifiable if someone saw it.

I’m getting temp child support but it’s below guidelines as it is because my attorney undersold me and he said it sounded good. It’s more than $2000 a month. Which sounds like her life is good but relative to his money it’s insulting. So I’m frustrated at this process and feeling unsure but focusing on prayer.
