I need help, brand new to this

Okay so, I really badly want to get on Estrogen but i have no clue how to DIY it and im new to all the HRT stuff, i need help, guides, and sources please. I dont want to get perscriptions for things so any way i can get anything OTC thatd be great.. Help a girl out!
