Migrating necessary features from MAGIC_EYE_BOT

This new bot seems promising, but if it is intended to replace MAGIC_EYE_BOT, it really needs some of the features that makes MAGIC_EYE_BOT the most useful:

• Score-based threshold for removals and repost days

• Uncropped image removal

• Unmoderated post reports

• Broken link post removal

Image_Magician is currently lacking these features. Without them, many subreddits that rely on MAGIC_EYE_BOT to automate these things will be left in the dust once MAGIC_EYE_BOT is taken offline.
