Question about the Clair racing missions

I know as a netrunner you can just blow every car up but if I’m not a netrunner but I hate racing is there a cheap way to kill everyone right away? I tried vehicle weapons but im terrible with driving while shooting. Is there a good tech weapon I can use to quickly take out every driver while using sandevistan? Or some other cheap trick that does t require quickhacks? I guess I would t mind wasting one point into intelligence and using a cyberdeck just for the races but I don’t think I’d have enough ram to blow everyone since I won’t have overclock.
