Is it hard to find cover for a shift as a temp?

Been offered a job but will need maybe 2 weekends off a month, is this workable at Apple i.e Can you be given a weekday shift or find cover easily.

Don’t be rude please just answer me without making snarky comments, as for many jobs this is possible and I am wondering if its the same with Apple.
