Today I received a ban for forza horizon 4, a game I haven't played since 2021.

I have only ever played on 1 xbox account that i've had since 2016. My last achievement for FH4 was in 2019. I have not downloaded FH4 or any other FH games on my computer other than FH6 which i've only started playing this week. My PC is new, I got it only middle/late last year.

I don't have multiple microsoft accounts or anything like that. Since opening a support ticket, my ban has been reissued 15 mins later, the original one was placed on 11:40pm, I opened a support ticket 10 mins later, and now my ban shows as active at 12:15am.

It says that device bans are issued when the device is banned, not the account. Any account to use a banned device is locked from multiplayer/online. I don't understand how my device can be banned on a game that my device has never had installed. **If anyone knows a way to prove this, let me know, I want to show proof.**

**If there's any way I can show any evidence, please tell me.**

Attached are images showing the ban standing, both the 11:40pm and more recent 12:15am. My support ticket/request is #913607

The aim of my post is to help get some suggestions on sorting this out. I know like every game's reddit groups there's millions of people claiming false bans, but idk what else to do 😅

I just got device banned on a game I haven't played since 2021.
