Question on leave

So long story short got told I can’t go on block leave if I haven’t inprocessed at the company level and for those wondering why I haven’t inprocessed is cause I’m the only person in my mos who’s able to work atm for the past seven months I’ve been at this new unit been working on weapons without any other help which tbh isn’t a issue but was wondering if they can deny leave if I’m not in processed
