There's Axel and his pet cat Franklin as a reference to Roosevelt who silently judges Axel when he's up for too long and he's just like "You're probably right,Frank. Time to hit the hay." As for Franklin himself he was given to Axel by a war buddy after world war 1 or 2 depending on when it takes place and Axel initially wasn't a fan but eventually began caring about Franklin. As for Axel I did think glasses fit Him and he's a bit younger I'm thinking 28-29 and he constantly adjusts his glasses when annoyed or About to Reveal something or even arrest someone

Mrs and Mr greene although I was debating on making Mrs Greene's hair actually green Or like a Black but I thought Brown worked for both of them also Me Greene's accessory is a record because when Axel visits Mrs greene she tells axel that he loved Jazz and swing music And was genuinely a kind man just sometimes gets ahead of himself and says the wrong thing she should know because they met in a club because she was a "preformer" giving her that Jessica rabbit vibe and also there's another detective the war buddy of Axel who's name is Horace Glendale and then Charlie the rookie cop who's there for Recon on the second picture is the antagonists starting with Lorenzo The "Killer" of Mr greene. Actually he wears a red jacket over a prison suit hence the white striped shirt. Then there's the leader of the organization named Vincent as well as his son Thomas who's a mobster who uses a tommy gun as his main weapon and lastly there's the Vincent's wife Peggy who runs the Nightclubs of the City

Can someone draw the characters of my noire inspired novel The Green night murders for me and maybe put their own spin on the characters? Characters in order
