Love Island USA

I'm a U.S. citizen studying abroad in France for the summer and I'm trying to watch Love Island USA. Peacock won't let me access it, even when I log into my account.

What apps, streaming services, or other methods are people using to watch American TV shows and movies while in France? Mostly looking for Love Island, but also other U.S. shows.

Any recommendations?
