Will Okada ever win the AEW world Title?

Correct me if I’m wrong but a lot of people here got back into Wrestling because of Wrestlekingdom 11.

Okada for years was known as “The Greatest Wrestler in the World” (and could honestly only be argued against by Omega, Naito and maybe Styles or Rollins at that point in time). He made some appearances for AEW as an NJPW talent and then has spent 3 years basically in the mid to upper mid card.

The question is do you think Okada will ever win the AEW world title? Is this a failure on AEW’s part not to capitalize on “The Best Wrestler in The World”? Does the use of Okada (along with the likes of Nakamura) signify the Ceiling for Japanese (male) talent in America?
