Pain when usaing retainers

i've Just finished my treatment with invisalign After 14 months of using It 20-22 hours at day and now i'm using the vivera retainers only at night. It Is normal,using them only when sleeping,that i feel a bit of pain for 3 or 4 minutes when putting them?
