F-phenibut for dextroamphetamine comedown?

I have been stupidly redosing. Last dose was 3hrs ago

I need to sleep soon and was thinking if low dose f-phenibut will help at all, maybe 50-100mgs ?

Can I mix it with magnesium to help ?

I took aspirin an hour ago because it helps lower my bp , will it interfere with the phenibut?

What should I do ?
