I wasn't completely honest during my medical evaluation with the army's physician out of shame and embarrassment and now I dont know what to do.

I, m33, was going through the process of enlisting in the army. I passed everything up until this point. They told us to be honest because they would get our documents from some database that has every doctor visit or medical appointment we ever went to. The time came for them to pull me in and they asked me about my medical history. I was able to be honest about everything except behavioral health out of shame and extreme embarrassment, I didn't wanna talk about it. I panicked and gave half the information and told them I didn't remember the details and they will have to take a look to get the full context. I would rather them just read it than them have me tell them about it and subject me to the humiliation. I realize now I might have made a huge mistake and I dont know what to do to correct it. So I left out that I the real reason I was 302s in my early 20s. Let me break down what happened since this is a throwaway account.

1st psych hospitalization: I was depressed after my first ever girlfriend dumped me and cut contact. I called an ambulance and checked myself into the psych ward to get treatment. You can use your imagination as to the reason they had admitted me.

2nd psych hospitalization: A girlfriend cheated on me, I gave her another chance but chose to hide the guy's video games when I went to his house when he wasn't home to pick her up. She cheated on me again with the same guy while pregnant with my kid and she was at his house saying she was leaving me. I got angry and we started screaming at each other over the phone. My mom overheard it and cut the phone line, internet, and electricity to my room effectively grounding me even tho I was an adult and she had no real authority to ground me, she did anyway because it was her house. In response I chose to try to scare her. I took off out the door to make her feel scared for my safety. I made a gesture to make her think I was being unsafe, this is what I left out in my interview. Anyway I was caught and 302'd.

I believe I was hospitalized one more time but I really dont remember the reason for this particular one, just the hospital I was hospitalized at. The other two hospitalizations and the seriousness of them, makes the final one blend together memory wise. These all happened 10 years or more ago.

I plan to drive to the hospitals tomorrow and request all these documents and plan to give them to my recruiter tomorrow to set the full record straight. Is this my best course of action? Is there something else I should do?
