random dan needs rebalancing

i think its absurd how wild the range of random dan can be sometimes. like for the hardest one, master random dan, throws you anything between high 14s and 14+s, which makes sense, but then the second hardest one, which states you could get anything within the 13+ range, actually has a range between high 13s and low 14s, which is far from what its stating

one track you could get something as chill as living millenium, then the next one is xenovcipher(actually happened to me) they need to split this range
