Jura question regarding ground coffee

I have learned from this group that oily beans don’t play well with super automatic machines. If I hit a local roaster I love trying their stuff. If I open a bag and find it looks too oily can I run it through my regular grinder and shoot feed it avoiding the issue or does that also cause issues? I guess is oily beans only a grinder problem or overall machine issue? Looking to jump in with Jura E8
