Severe itching very early pregnancy

Coming here while I wait for a response from my doctor. I’m 4 weeks pregnant, 5 tomorrow. Confirmed with 3 pregnancy tests and I have other common early pregnancy symptoms but the main concern is severe itching, my hands, forearms, elbows and arms, a tiny bit above my belly button. Came on yesterday evening around 8pm. Still going on today. No mosquito bites, I haven’t used anything new. The only history I have with itching in pregnancy is being diagnosed with ICP (cholestasis) at the end of my 2nd trimester with my last two pregnancies. This is my 4th.
