CFS Service Problems

Anyone else now having problems with everything from shipping to customer service responses?

Item bought over a month ago has never shipped and customer service inquiry has gone a week+ without a response at all (other than please wait we are busy message). Now item is not even in stock to be replaced, but it was when I inquired.

Another (later) order is also now over 10 days without having been shipped as well.

Have been using CFS for nearly a decade and never any problems, but now a problem with every order?
