Whisperer 1/64 broken??

I wasn't keeping exact track but somewhere between like 570 and 640 kc, I got a second siren's staff. My kc is now 1010 without ANY rolls on the 1/64 table at all since then?? I'm in the bottom 3% if you count the first 600 kc but if you only count the last 430 it's like 0.11% chance?

Someone tell me they've been getting whisp drops in the past 5 days lol.

For some context I'm on a sort of shadow / sra rebuild, after finishing first SRA (took me 2999 Levi kc btw), was gonna get a bellator ring real quick and then go do vardorvis to get ultor back.. I've been 2/3 rings for like 600 kc or something soooo...
