Is it a curse for black people that a huge majority of you have a resting mad face?

I've noticed that some black people have a upset/mad looking face even when they're not upset about anything. Even when they're having conversations with different groups of people, someone always ask the question "Are you ok?" "Are you mad?" "Are you upset about something?" Or "What's your problem?" I've noticed when I sometimes talk to my black coworker he always looks like he's not interested or he looks like he looks bored or even mad about something and I'm always hesitant to ask him "You good?" And he says "Yes" Do you hate that you have a resting mad face?
