Eucerin Roughness Relief vs a combination of different products?

I have Keratosis Pilaris on my arms and was wondering if anyone has tried Eucerin Roughness Relief Lotion for keratosis pilaris?

I also wonder if it works well on its own or if a combo like salicylic acid + glycolic acid + moisturizer gives better results?
