I feel like I am overreacting with betrayal in my life and worried for my mental health

ey guys. I'm genuinely worried about my mental health because I've noticed a pattern. When I feel betrayed, used, lied to, or disrespected, I don't just get upset. I can become extremely angry, passive-aggressive, and hold grudges for years. My emotions become uncontrollable.

Some examples

1. My brothers friend
I went to Europe with my brother and his friend. During the trip, I felt his friend was very cheap, judgmental, and controlling. At one point, I felt like he was trying to peek at me while I was changing. I became increasingly passive-aggressive, started pulling my brother away from him, created tension during the trip, and blocked him afterward. Looking back, I know I intentionally made parts of the trip harder because I was so angry.

2. My brother's ex-girlfriend
I visited my brother while he was living overseas with his long-distance girlfriend. When I got there, I noticed my brother paid for everything. He got them an apartment, she didn't seem to work, and she spent a lot of time on her phone. I became upset because I felt my brother wasn't being honest about how much he was supporting her financially. Later I found out she had been asking him for money for her family's problems and was cheating on him. I got very angry and even made comments about charging her money for things because I felt she was using him.

3. A guy friend I liked
I traveled to Europe to visit a guy friend I had feelings for. From the beginning, he barely spent time with me, came home around midnight most nights, and didn't seem interested in talking. I started feeling like he only wanted me around for sexual reasons. One night I looked at his phone because it was unlocked next to him while he was sleeping and found evidence he had been involved with another girl. After that, I became extremely angry, passive-aggressive, and made the rest of the trip very uncomfortable.

Does this sound like a normal reaction to betrayal, or does it sound like I have issues with anger, attachment, or emotional regulation?
