I'm thinking of a campaign where by the end the characters become demigods

I'm thinking of making a campaign where the characters might end with becoming demigods but with a few classes I'm having a harder time thinking up exactly how they'd fit. The main issue I'm in is what would fit best for clerics, the three options I'm currently thinking of is making the clerics their own unique god , a subsidiary god or maybe make them an angel of the god? (I'm also having similar problems with the warlock to)
