E1 Tribbie or Gilgamesh

Recently just saw a graph comparing the teams of Ashveil + MBlade + Tribbie + Dhpt (100%), Ashveil + MBlade + Tribbie + Hyacine(~140%), and Ashveil + Gilgamesh + Tribbie(~154%), which I think are all e0 comparisons. However my question is if Gilgamesh would be better than e1 Tribbie in this ashblade team
