Codex image exe ver 0.4.0 update

Something wrong with gpt image 2?

Been using codex-image exe skill for months for codex to directly generate visuals for the story i created.

Been great, produced high quality visuals, physics, detail, and adherence to my story until this week. It produce plasticky, cartoon ice, no life characters, extreme hallucinations, and very weird body proportions.
