I get nostalgic all the time

I miss my precious sibling. I can’t stop thinking about him.
How do you cope with this type of sadness??
It’s overwhelming. It happened last August and I was far away from him, holidays…the beach….
I woke up early in the morning to the most terrifying phone call imaginable. I still can’t handle this.
