Should I rewrite MCAT for UBC?

This was my first time applying and I got a WL for UBC, still on it.

This year: 85GPA, 505 MCAT, NAQ must have been high enough to get an interview

Next year: I’ll have an aGPA of 89+, I’ll have 2 new activities to add with a significant amount of hours as well

My question is should I rewrite the MCAT? I’m IP for ON and BC. I know the interview matters a lot too so if I have to apply again I’ll try harder at that too
