korea vs czech June 11 after match ride

I will be going with my 10 year old son and I do have the shutttle back but it's scheduled to depart at midnight. I'm wondering, if the match ends around 10pm and i wish to leave right away than to wait for two hours for the shuttle to take off(btw the shuttle doesn't take me exactly back to the hotel anyway), I understand there will be some walk with the crowd out the stadium but how quickly would i be able to grab a uber around, say, 1030pm? I know it's a beautiful city during daytime(from youtubes i see) and probably welcoming during world cup but with a child, at aroud midnight, i'm debating if I should just drop the whole plan here.

on a side note, if there's any korean going for this match and don't mind a company, feel free to let me know.
