Baby won’t stop eating

I think we are cluster feeding? Baby is 1 month old today. He truly won’t come off the boob. Like keeps rooting and showing hunger signs the minute he comes off. It’s been like this for like almost 3 hours!!

He’s having a ton of wet/dirty diapers so I THINK he’s getting enough? Is this cluster feeding? It’s my first and I’ve only been exclusively breastfeeding him for a less than a week.

Help!
