which language to use when writing an appeal?

my multilingual folks! might be a silly question, but which language do you use? My first appeal was written in my native language, and they replied using it too. My second appeal was in English (I changed the page URL to /en too), but they replied in my native again. should i translate the template i've used? what are the chances of the appeal not getting through because their dumbass AI cant even translate it? if this is the case i'm gonna laugh so hard because it's just absurd 🫩
you can only send so many appeals, so I'd like to minimize my chances of it not being understood...
