Is there anything wrong with LL changing prices advertised to negotiate renewal rates?

Location: Texas

Current lease is 1690 all bills paid.

Initial renewal was 1715 plus $175 utility fee.

I declined and gave notice to move stating reason: it was more than same units advertise for online 1499 all utilities included in rent.

They countered and said I could renew for same rate as expiring lease

I declined again saying it’s still more than advertised.

They changed prices online just for one day to to 1575 and offered me the advertised rate staying “prices change every 2 weeks but now there’s a utility fee of 140 with all new leases. It’s expensive to move”. So total is the same 1715. They wanted me to sign that same day. I declined. Next day they changed online ads back to 1499 and it still says “all utilities included in rent”

Is it any kind of wrong to play like that?
