39M - Colorado - Let's be 80% boring and 20% adventurous together

I'll be honest, my life is pretty mundane and routine. On a typical day I work, cook/do chores, read, watch tv, and occasionally go out. Second bit of honesty, I kind of like it because it's comfortable. It's not to say that I don't like to explore and be adventurous but that's not what I'm after most of the time. That's where I came up with the 80/20 numbers, I figured it is representative of what my life is actually like. Interested in meeting someone who is a similar mix and see if we have other things in common.

A little more about me: I am an avid cook/baker, I'm often in the kitchen on the weekends meal prepping for the week and sometimes experimenting with different recipes. I am a hobbyist photographer, I like to take photos primarily of landscapes and wildlife. I like biking, kayaking, and hiking but I'm pretty casual, I like to get out in the morning and be done by lunch most of the time. Most of my favorite shows are comedies: Parks and Rec, Schitts Creek, Superstore, Modern Family, Will & Grace, Only Murders In The Building, New Girl; I can watch them on repeat and never get sick of them. I don't smoke/vape, no drugs, rarely drink alcohol. I try to live a simple/minimalist life: cook my own food, try to fix things before buying, getting things secondhand instead of new, but am not perfect at it. I have a fair amount of clothes and cookware that I could probably pare down. I'm not going to try and sum of every part of me so if there are any questions you have feel free to ask.

Looking to meet someone who shares some of my interests, someone local would be great as we could do things together. Having a penpal or someone to chat with who is not close by is also good, I won't limit myself to just those within driving distance as I've been lucky before in making really good connections with people and hope to get lucky again.
