iphone 13 power and volume buttons not working

Hello! I dropped my iphone today i have the iphone13 and it is up to date but after i dropped it the phone won’t turn off with the button and the volume keys do not work either. i tried to force restart and tapped the volume up then down then holding power but nothing happened. been trying to give it time for hours but nothing changed. The phone will turn off after 30 seconds like normal but to turn it off i have to click screen and none of the buttons work.
