Weird Roblox Studio Glitch???

Everytime I click Roblox Studio the loading screen pops up but the loading bar stutters and stops a couple of times before closing. I tried running it as administrator and it just did the same thing, I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it didn't work.
